Tursagroup has evolved over the years into a cutting edge Managed Services Provider that also offers strategic advice to clients in how to leverage technology to drive better business results. During the pandemic, John was one of the core team on the DER3 program, and helped close to 250 businesses across the Kootenays expand their businesses online. Tursagroup is one of the first CDAP approved Digital Advisors and has taken 20+ clients through the program over the last six months. The clients were from all categories and sizes, from small owner/operator businesses in construction, hospitality, retail, and marketing, to medium and large companies with 50+ employees in construction, engineering and robotics industries.

Cowan Office Supplies Ltd. is a 2nd generation family owned and operated business established in 1972 by Gordon and Jill Cowan. It is now carried on by Andy and Paul Cowan. One of the core values of the business is how it continues to adapt to meet their customers’ needs in the community, from servicing typewriters and mechanical machines back in the 70’s, to the growing art supplies market in the 2000’s. More recently Paul is leading the next phase with an initiative to implement technologically-enabled services that are to the benefit of their customers and business.
